Away mode
Going to lunch? Away mode lets the agents ratchet started keep going without waiting for you.
Turn it on
Press Away in the top bar. ratchet explains what it will do and you confirm with OK. A ● Away pill shows while it's on.
What it does
- Agents ratchet started answer their own questions, approve their own plans and allow their own permission requests.
- Each one it decided for gets a Decided alone note on its card listing what was decided. Press Dismiss once you've read it.
- Agents started outside ratchet aren't covered. Their card says not covered by Away.
Think before you turn it on
While Away is on, covered agents act without asking you. Your own Claude Code permission settings still apply.
During quiet hours
In Settings, Away during quiet hours turns Away on for your quiet hours and off again when they end.
